@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

@MahyJ @Bell Seriously just switch to Telus while youre a fresh customer. Promise you'll save a lot of money in the long run. 20 years with Bell and for whatever reason they choose to be the most expensive provider in Canada.

@Bell Our Giga Hub 3000 shows a red Internet light since Friday night. We replaced the modem as instructed and service is still down. Only our house is affected. This outage is unacceptable — please document it and apply a credit for the lost weekend.

Hi @Bell_Support is internet/wifi going to restored and if so when to 75/95 Havenbrook and 5 Parkway Forest Drive, Toronto. All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!
