.@RogersHelps what a joke of a service you have. It's been a full day without internet at my house. A customer doesn't pay a bill on time and we get charged a late fee. Rogers doesn't give you service you pay for and you only get frustration. Hi @Bell_Support how you doin'?

@Bell Someone from small business needs to contact me. I am out of country, have spent over 4 hours on the phone w/your team to then get hung up on with no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

@Bell_Support no internet, TV or home phone for 72hrs going on to 96hrs. My parents are 80+ year olds, in the middle of a pandemic and winter with no entertainment, nor a way to call for help in case of an emergency.
