.@Bell_Support I'VE ALREADY CALLED YOUR REPS ABOUT THE FACT THAT I HAVEN'T HAD RELIABLE PHONE OR INTERNET FOR 4 DAYS, DESPITE HAVING POWER. I HAVE NEVER IN MY 58 YEARS ON THIS PLANET BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE, *EVEN IN BLIZZARDS, HURRICANES, ETC*... 1/2

@Bell_Support Phone service hasn't worked properly for a week, I can't make outgoing phone calls, and the online chat customer service rep told me I have to phone for tech help. Amazing. I have no other phones because Bell makes having a landline too expensive, and no one here to borrow from.

Horrible service from @Bell @Bell_Support I waited 10 days to have my internet installed today 8-5pm. Waited around the entire day and the tech was a no-show. Called and was told the technician knocked on the door and tried to call. 100% lies. There were no calls or knocks.

Haven’t had cell service in my area since moving in a week ago, but @bell wants to blame the hurricane. Looking like I gotta switch providers. Not good.

@Bell_Support I'm on a live chat with your help desk. For the second time in a week. I have a job, and don't have time to input my account info on 2-3 devices multiple times a week. You can start by reviewing your reimbursement policies and notifying billing, and solving this GTA issue

@Bell_Support You can help me in only one way - don't charge me for the days I didn't receive service. That's it!... It'd be a mere $20 off my bill. But, my God, have I ever had to jump through hoops just explaining this to your reps!... 1/2

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.
