My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

Am I getting faster internet? No. Better tv channels? No. Has your service or quality improved? No. But now I get to pay $12 more.

You can’t even tell me it’s a $12 increase, I have to login. 😡
