My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

Denise HigenellAllen (@deniseh78) reported@cogecohelps the internet in our area is absolutely terrible. Cogeco needs to fix the service in this area before all of us leaves for a better provider. It cuts in and out so much we have had to up the data on our cellphones.

Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported@CarmichaelKevin Uneconomical=Underserved. Clearly not defined by geography. Capital intensity in wireless is 10%. Any company that can build better telco technology stack on top of network infra have the best chance to succeed. Cogeco might be one, but if we learn from FinTech, not the only one.

stephanie Matozzo (@StephMatozzo) reported@paulkennethmag1 @cogeco Totally agree, we switched from Bell in November and although I keep trying to work things out it’s a nightmare. The $$$ savings were great but when your wifi is constantly going down it’s not a saving at all, just frustrating!
