I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, OntarioCogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
