  @cogeco Thank you 🙏 I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

  I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

  @cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
