At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, OntarioCogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.
