We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Greg Reid (@ReidLaxn) reported@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?
