    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    @cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

    @Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

    There is a reported internet issue along Steeles Avenue. Cogeco says it could last up to two hours as the technician works to solve the problem.

    @cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think it’s something in the road.

    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! 🚐🚧⚒

    @cogeco Hi Jodi! We’ve reset the modem and spoke with customer support yesterday for 30 minutes and they couldn’t fix it, so a repair person is supposed to be coming by today!

    @cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

    @cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    @sytinvitations @cogecohelps @cogeco Can't speak for tv but internet 100% out, modem currently receiving no signal (not sure how nerdy you are lol but no power in download or upload channels within modem diagnostics. Can you tell I've had to call enough times?)

    Damned internet keeps going down in Windsor. From MNSi and Cogeco mainly. Paying full tuition for online school and neither me nor my teacher can even be in a class call is unacceptable. It’s down in Lakeshore and Tecumseh as well.
