@cogeco Hi Jodi! We’ve reset the modem and spoke with customer support yesterday for 30 minutes and they couldn’t fix it, so a repair person is supposed to be coming by today!

@cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

@cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

@cogeco Hi Karen, following up with this- quite literally every day for the past week at around 9:15-930 I have lost internet service for approximately one hour until the situation seemingly resolves itself. This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

@cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think it’s something in the road.

@cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! 🚐🚧⚒

@cogeco they sent me pods which I pay for to extend my wifi. The fine print is that they will monitor my internet and adjust the bandwidth accordingly. I want the 1 terabyte I pay for not 55 mb download I’m constantly get messages from my smart home internet down now restored.

@cogeco At present I would not recommend this service. Have had problems since installing @cogeco tried of corporations selling their products saying they are great but finding out that they are not what they claim to be. Sucked me in with a lower price. #EPICO FAILURE.

@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

Good evening @cogeco , customer loyalty just acknowledged the unresolved performance issues with the EPICO box. In the face of the recent large price hikes and no other options, how should loyal, long-term customer be feeling about the service?
