    @cogeco came to my door saying the neighbourhoods been complaining about Internet lately (not me) I let him in to fix it and now my internet is garbage because he said he didn’t wanna be here all night. Great job and customer service. Seriously maybe it’s time for bell

    @cogeco after 63 min I finally talked to a person! I was told to call back bc they cant fill out a form to escalate and cant fix it at tech. So once I call back "it will only take 2 bus days to fix". Worse service ever!

    @cogeco a wk and half ago i got a call...my acct had been "elevated" & caller assured me she could/would fix my service. 20 min later called me back "i can't fix it...i will elevate further"...now we have no service! #StillOnHold 61 min now

    I have been on hold w @cogeco for 52 min still no live person. I have spent 8 hrs on hold with #cogeco in the past month and half...still issues but somehow they have no difficulties in billing...got a $250 bill, which is waaaay higher than its supposed to be.

    @cogeco worst customer service experience ever! Two days of calling, long wait times and still no resolution . Left another provider for cogeco and was happy. Not anymore!
