  @TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

  @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract had expired, but you deliberately violated CRTC rules and charged me a $75 early cancellation fee. I emailed you about this issue, but you have ignored us. Do you regularly treat your customers this way and deliberately overcharge

  I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.   @KellySuzanne9 @corpcapture @cogeco Internet down in parts of Canada, too. Was this planned in advance? Is this some kind of testing of people's reactions? As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!
