    I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    @cogecohelps When I called to ask about what happened, the person who answered my call decided to hang up on me, she was rude, aggressive and never allowed me to finish my sentences. Of course I have her name and definitely I will not hire Cogeco after this bitter experience.

    @cogecohelps Terrible service from cogeco in Milton. Just found out that my mom has to wait till Monday for a simple TV basic box to work. She has been waiting since Tuesday July 17th!!! First promised last Friday. Then in 24 hrs. Now 5 bus. Days. Damn!

    @cogeco I’ve had the worst service experience of my entire life with Cogeco and plan to tell everyone I know. 2 service service calls later, 2 days off work & 2 weeks later after 14 phone calls we are told no service in our area. incompetent is unbelievable. Horrendous

    Waiting since February for a refund check after cancelling. We discovered that it's been sent to an address from over 3 years ago and we have another 4 weeks to wait after fixing your error. @cogecohelps, @cogeco help my family out and make this right. 4-8 weeks is crazy.

    @JayBrotatoe My office does that for Christmas Eve but that’s it, like we’d be off at noon or 3, so it’s the only thing I could think of! Unless they’re having trouble with their phone line, which happens to us sometimes too if Cogeco has an outage. Still, v strange

    Hey @cogeco I am so happy to quit you. My experience with you over the past 9 months has been awful.6+ months to set up, services not working, misbilling,14 techs to the house,half the actual speed of internet I am paying for on a good day.Bell offers 10x the speed for half price
