Currently down (again) but @cogeco removed the full rewind feature, claims they still have the reset feature but that is only for a very very few select channels. Their product is going down hill. I switched to Cogeco 3 weeks ago after being with Bell for 20 years. Big mistake. Has this Epico always been so glitch? Constantly pausing & resetting. Cogeco sent me 2 pods makes no difference

I called they sent me 2 wifi pod extenders for free & still a problem, they said it was no charge then I get a statement 2 days and they want to charge me?
