Thanks again Cogeco for blacking out my @mapleleafs game. I’m in Peterborough you idiots. Switching to Bell tomorrow. Never once had a leafs game blacked out by bell in over 20 years. Absolute bullshit. 😳

Buyer Beware. COGECO. The absolute worse in cable tv. Avoid at all costs. after 2 years of **** service they still cannot or do not know how to synchronize a picture and a simple sound. The worse cable you can get COGECO is a crooked company selling ****.

@carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

@cogecohelps I am not a Cogeco customer but my service does come in these lines. Might be a good idea to have some added protection to stop the squirrels from using these as chew toys

@cogeco @cogecohelps I can't imagine a company with worse customer service. Glad I stayed home for my appointment to get a call an hour and a half into the proposed that no one was coming. If you didn't have such a strong monopoly there's no way you'd still be in business.

@cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

@carrytelca @cogeco The management team at @carrytelca called to talk about compensation. The original offer was credit for the 5 days of no service. That's about $12. That doesn't even cover the cost of gas to get the modem that I didn't need. I asked them to do better. Next offer was an extra $5.

@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?
