@dkritchie I called them on Aug 8th. They said your modem is no good. We are sending you a new one. 3-5 business days. We are on business day 7 so I called #primus . They didn't send the modem. Off to @cogeco tomorrow! Horrible service.

@oglone @cogecohelps @ttaylorrh Yep mine has been out since last night after they just came yesterday to fix it. Tired of Cogeco at this point and wait a week for them to come out and get internet for 6 hours then it crashes again

When bell won’t do a single thing to keep you as a customer besides suggesting lowering your internet speed and removing channels to lower your bill I guess you go with cogeco….@Bell

@cogeco by far the worst internet provider I've ever had to deal with in the last two days I've had to reset my modem six times and I've only had your services for a week this is just pathetic
