Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

But even the cogeco awards was only a photo of Fran/ Hudson, so why not Fran/RGK? For that one and HudCon for this one? Their pr team really are Ffing up so badly!

Charles (@Charles55961330) reported@cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. It’s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.
