    @krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???

    @cogeco @cogecohelps has to be the worst customer service in the industry I called to speak with a technical advisor and you said reset your modem and hung up Hahahah what a joke

    @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
