@cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

@cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

@cogeco CALL COGECO AT 830 PM ET ON HOLD FOREVER, THE AGENT COMES ON AND SAYS THE OTHER DEPT DIDNT EXECUTE THE WORK ORDER PROPERLY SO I NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM TO GET MY SERVICE UP, SO HE TRANSFERS ME, ITS 921 IM STILL ON HOLD, DID THEY GO HOME AT 9PM ?40MINUTES ON HOLD.. NO TV

Can we pay this bill at our bank until we are set up at the new credit union? We tried the phone number but they asked for a four digit code that we were never given. Thanks. The Cogeco account is under my dad's name (Ron Earl). (2)

@cogeco 1 year waiting for a line to be buried with multiple calls and emails and still not complete. Cogeco has been the worse experience I have ever had amongst any service provider. Horrible customer service
