@cogeco Is cogeco busy? We report our 2 lines since yesterday and they tell us today from 8 am to 5 pm we would have someone checking the problem. Well it’s past 5 and nobody came to help us. Do you have too much work?

@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

Cogeco going down everyday at the same time lol. Sometimes in the morning during school hours for my sister, and always at 9pm at night. Seeing people frequent forums and have the same problem? Makes me wanna see if I can convince my family to get a new and less garbage service😕
