I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

However I noticed that my phone service never came back. (I have internet and phone with cogeco) Is there any info on phone lines being disrupted from the storm?

Called, and earliest they can have someone out is Thursday, and I bet they won’t even send someone who can fix the line.
