@cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

@cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Believe it or not, lots of people make a living by using internet, SO WHO ********! GIVES OUT INTERNET WITHOUT UPGRADING ON THEIR OWN END! Are you running a company or a scam? "It will be fixed in 2 weeks" has turned into 2 months. Absolutely useless.

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home). They are literally selling DSL and calling it fibre.

Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home).
