  • jamesdcharrison James Harrison (@jamesdcharrison) reported from Milton, Ontario

@cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

@gregobr Will Cogeco try to build their own redundant national wireless network infrastructure?

  • HRHMystiRain MysticRainbowPotato (@HRHMystiRain) reported

Upgraded my internet speed so things like thus wouldnt happen. I still can't stream certain games and the live streams i watch freeze/buffer 10x more often I'm so happy I'm paying more now for crappier service! 🤨 Thanks Cogeco!

  • SanityNow4 SanityNow (@SanityNow4) reported

@AlbertaLeonidas Bad news for competition in Canada. Rogers has not been doing well, Shaw has outperformed. Rogers set on acquiring to improve their balance sheet. They failed to take over Cogeco, Shaw should decline as well.

  • streaksskunk Streaks 🦨 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈 #BLM (@streaksskunk) reported

@Ms_Kappy Sadly we have even less choice out here. Rogers isn't a thing in Nova Scotia at all (unless it's mobile service), same with Telus, no Cogeco.. nothing. You're either caving to Bell or accepting crappy service instead with Eastlink.

  • maurice_venere MTVman (@maurice_venere) reported

@cogeco internet seems to be down in south east Oakville, any news?

  • colin_lawrie Colin Lawrie (@colin_lawrie) reported

@TheDividendGuy Rogers failed on their Cogeco takeover but looks like the Shaws are willing to sell. Jim Shaw died 2 years ago and perhaps the family business motivation with him. I am a Shaw customer but don't own the stock.

  • destroyer_waifu WaifuDestroyer (@destroyer_waifu) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz No need to DM. 2 questions: 1. Why is it impossible for you to deliver the upload speed I pay for, and 2. Why in hamilton am I paying for 120 down / 10 up what Toronto residents pay the same for 500 down / 30 up? (3) Why not just go with Cogeco at this point?

  • BizzigOnTwitch Bizzig (@BizzigOnTwitch) reported

@cogecohelps I have been experiencing issues involving my upload speed. Ive looked into everything on my end and its all fine. I contacted cogeco via phone and they said nothing was wrong. I contacted cogeco on facebook and they sent me a dead link. Can anyone help me?

  • LuigiCalabrese Luigi Calabrese 🍁🏒 (@LuigiCalabrese) reported

In '08, @cityoftoronto sold their community fibre optic network + WIFI to Cogeco for the considerably low amount of $200m. Now they (through ConnectTO) are pledging $350k to research models to do it again. #CDNtech #CRTC #ConnectTO

  • CathrynIsland NotMyCircus (@CathrynIsland) reported

@CBCNews @CBCTheNational @cbcRosa They are all the same, Rogers, Bell, Cogeco, Shaw, telus, koodo....We pay the highest prices in the world for the least amount of service. But sure let’s amalgamate 2 into 1 and give Rogers even more power over us, soon we won’t need a government, telecom will do it instead
