@cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

@cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

@liberatingfem @cogecohelps I’m also getting absolutely useless levels of internet connection. I pay for the absolute best package cogeco provides, have upgraded both my modem and router, and I still have issues. It won’t get fixed, I’d switch providers if I were you

@cogeco Yesterday my business COGECO modem fried and I was told that the earliest someone could fix it would be Tuesday! Six days for a service call! Absolutely disgusting service... I just ordered Bell... Should have done it a long time ago
