When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

One minute my speed is lightning, and then itโs gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm wonโt work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and Iโm about ready to do it again!!!

john (@leafsfan381) reported@CanucksFirst1 @cogecohelps @cogeco We had Rogerโs doing this **** awhile ago they came at 8:45 at night I was at work my wife was there alone dude asked her where I was and if he could come in I called them and lost it and they told me there allowed to door knock till 11pm I said if you ever come back Itโs over.
