    @cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogeco If you’re keeping track, your new @Tivo interface is awful. Recommend returning to previous.

    @cogecohelps Same issue as Eric. Cogeco website still claiming there is no outage, but I know and can see many people online experiencing outages in Burlington since the storm last night and no communication from the company on how this is being addressed.

    @cogecohelps @BurnMitch57 There IS an outage in the area of N0N 1R0. Switch your modem on and off? That's ridiculous. You, COGECO, should be the first to know when there is an area-wide outage. It should not require a call from an angry customer.

    @MRAARONTRUTH @Bell I was on for one month then went back to Cogeco. Have had no problems with them and the speed is amazing.

    @cogecohelps Hi. I had issues with my internet earlier this week. A Cogeco tech replaced the modem and cable and it’s working but I’m only getting 88 down and 23 up. It should be 360 and 30. Any help would be appreciated

    @CHCHTV I would like to message you to see if you are available in my area through Bell Fibe TV, because you were supposed to be a part of my cable package but they refuse to let me have access. Idk what the issue is. I could watch you through Cogeco!

    @cogeco our power has been back on for hours but our internet still isn’t back on. Burlington, Ontario. Do something? Your customer service rep was less than useless

    @cogeco your service is terrible, you keep coming to fix the modem and it doesn’t work. I work from home and meet to go to a coffee shop as i keep having failing internet bad yet continue to pay $90 for a no service.

    @cogeco Well those of us in the Palmer area won't be watching as we still have no service since 8 last night. And all you keep doing is saying it will be resolved at: 2:30, no 3:30, no 4:30. I guess one will come true.
