My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

Nicholas (@Chaosking243) reported@smokingcolourz @cogeco Found my issue once the sun came up, looks like our cable line that ran between us and our neighbour across the street snapped somewhere in the night. Called, and earliest they can have someone out is Thursday, and I bet they won’t even send someone who can fix the line.
