@DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. @mikelaw86 @solkumar @cogeco They told me that the increase is to cover improvements in their service. I have only been on a month so I have yet to see this, but I can say that they claim it is up to 1000mbps, but the max my tests have shown is 700mbps, and my game consoles never test above 200mbps.

@cogecohelps So I have a question. I complained about services and outages and now I just got an email a week later saying I’m getting state home of $6 for internet AND $6 for tv? Your service isn’t worth what we pay now. I’ll be cancelling before this takes effect. Bye cogeco

So, I tried to cut the Cogeco cord today. Had to call 3 times. Spent over an hour on hold only to be hung up on. Spent another hour on hold only to have to tell the rep 4 times I want to disconnect my service. 1/

@JamesJoYo @cogecohelps People can't fathom the cost and amount of work it takes to provide such lines, and the fact that it's not up to cogeco to provide them, it's up to the towns, municipalities and cities they are being provided to to front that bill, so your issue should be with your local town.

@cogecohelps Good morning Karen. I had to terminate my service for next week, but I forgot to ask the agent what I need to do with the modem. Will Cogeco send a box and/or prepaid shipping notice or do I need to drop that off at a Cogeco store? Thanks.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, so I see my monthly rates are going up so you can improve your network... yet you don't seem interested in improving it in MY area... why am I subsidising people getting gig internet when I can't even get 1/6th of that?

@maureen_maxim @cogeco @Cogeco quickly responds requesting to DM.. their standard response is “ I get that rate increases can be frustrating, but they are part of our effort to keep improving our network and services, especially with all the inflating costs” - #Cogeco SUCKS!
