To anyone considering services by @bell @Bell_Support , I highly recommend you look elsewhere like Starlink or Cogeco or anyone else. I've spent over 50hrs on their phone line trying to coordinate my fiber move and they're beyond incompetent and treat their customers like ****.

Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

I remember last year when our internet went out for a whole week cause cogeco are incompetent, and I couldn't play thps 1+2 cause..

@cogeco Why isn't specific info passed onto Technicians from Customer. Cogeco did not fix their unburied cable when asked. Now it got cut. Explained in detail to Service. Technician came to fix cable, not bury it. Was told to we need to submit another workorder to bury it?
