@DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. Cogeco cut off service at Christmas because I had nowhere to pay my bill that wouldn't cost me money. Closed local office. No arrear

Dear @cogeco, I’m a patient person, but if you have multiple province wide outages in the span of 2 days, own it, respond immediately, and at least show that you care about your customers. For me, it’s not the lack of service that will cause me to cancel, it’s the lack of care.

@shawnhuelin @cogeco Doesn't help that every household with children is home trying to do virtual learning. Plus one are both parents trying to work remotely... We're asking a lot of our internet provider and it's not delivering.
