Mostly stop selling garbage and lying about the quality. Buyer beware. now sound sync. horrible.

In 2 years cogeco has not shown one show ore movie that has not ****** up, had bad sync or just dropped from the system. Waching cogeco is like pulling teeth. September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Torontonian (@YYZ2YGK) reported@cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.
