As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Mostly stop selling garbage and lying about the quality. Buyer beware. now sound sync. horrible.

We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow
