Mostly stop selling garbage and lying about the quality. Buyer beware. now sound sync. horrible.

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Avoid at all costs. after 2 years of **** service they still cannot or do not know how to synchronize a picture and a simple sound. Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! Maybe send me a new offer BEFORE jacking the rate?
