As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me thereโs an engineering delay ๐

Many switch from Bell due to horrid practices like bad treatment of the very staff who disclose a disability they say they support
