As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

We have 2old cogeco boxes that we bought and not rent(20 years old) Just had to buy a new box from cogeco..problems are gone with new box but freezing and audio problems still happening with old box.

Ryan Prid (@Ryan_Prid) reportedlived here for two years without issues. Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.

Also I get we might not be direct customers but you guys don't keep records when you cut someone's lines?
