September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

Ahmed (@AhmedCanAm) reported@cogeco Not on you at all Tristan, but Cogeco Executives need to investigate & invest in their infrastructure. It’s 2021 now, there’s very little reason outages should be this common. The last ISP I had downtown had one outage in 3 years, and in the US I can’t even remember outages.
