    @cogeco @cogecohelps hire me 2 conduct corporate service training. As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

    Sad in Batawa ON we only receive less than 2GB for 15 years. September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

    @leafsweetie I feel your pain, I’ve been waiting over a month for Bell to come install tv service at our new house. Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

    @cogecohelps Hi, is there an ongoing issue with Cogeco Internet and the Royal Bank? Attempts to log in give me a service error, but I have no problem if I go through another provider. Been this way all week.

    We're not on #Rogers for landline service here, we're on #Cogeco. They seriously need to do more to make sure these bullshit spam calls don't get through to us.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra. I’m having trouble setting up email on an iPad. I’ve tried a lot of things and read many help pages. I’ve just discovered I cannot change the account password on your site which makes me think it’s a problem on Cogeco’s side. Please advise.

    Netflix cut me off. Only my wife and myself on a premium subscription. I'm running cogeco downstairs pushing it up stairs with other wifi. They shut Me down for five days. Anyone else have this issue. Let me know. Thinking class action. Wrong just shut me down

    @cogecohelps Hi 👋🏻 I’m having trouble receiving emails from @Mirvish in my Cogeco email account. I’ve added them to my allowed senders and domains list and it’s still not working. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Apparently I’m not the only one having this problem. Thank you!

    @cogeco -I learned from the on-site technician today that there's an issue with wifi pods for all customers but no one in contact center informed me of this during the 10+ calls I made last few weeks - Why this lack of transparency? Why no ETA being provided? Why charge full fee?
