    @leafsweetie I feel your pain, I’ve been waiting over a month for Bell to come install tv service at our new house. Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

    @cogeco @cogecohelps hire me 2 conduct corporate service training. As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

    @AnjaKaradeglija The CRTC has never been there protect Canadians. Ever since CRTC was established it has been actively helping Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Cogeco, etc. to gouge Canadian consumers. In Canada there is no effective consumer protection for Canadians.
