@cogeco @cogecohelps hire me 2 conduct corporate service training. As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

Sad in Batawa ON we only receive less than 2GB for 15 years. September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

@leafsweetie I feel your pain, I’ve been waiting over a month for Bell to come install tv service at our new house. Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

Literally had @cogeco installed in my house for 20 minutes before having to take it out. 30mb max upload speed?? Yea sorry that doesn't work for a video editor.

@Bell Hey Bell, you’ve made me actually regret leaving Cogeco for your crappy service. Way to go

@cogecohelps @cogeco I did try unplugging it for three minutes, also rebooting via the HTML interface. I just now tried the pin reset. Same result, failed with ISP Blocking Service, code 202. Can connect the TV via Cellular Hotspot, and other diagnostics show connectivity, so TV wireless is working.

@cogecohelps: Cogeco really sucks this week. For the third time several HD channels, including Chex 702, and time shifting channels are out. Neighbours in our building say that we should switch to Bell. Don't want to do that, but getting tired of re-booting without success.

@cogecohelps Steven I am aware of both of the points you made. I've been a Cogeco customer for over 30 years. Add on packaging is not really an option if you live on a fixed budget.

@cogecohelps @willipowell @cogeco Hello Cogeco. That was me. So far it is working but what was with the service over the past three days? Had to reboot every day. We’re in Burlington ONT.
