As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

Don O'Neil (@reptile82613) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco yes i have speeds are also 1/3rd then what they are suppose to be. If I use your DNS then it just keeps dropping using the google DNS for a workaround to get on and talked to others they having issues as well heads up :)

Getting various errors such as the login page freezing/not loading properly, TVERR500 error, XML error, or “subscription not found” error. Internet is working fine otherwise. Thanks!
