  @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

  For some time now CBC news on channel 765 with Cogeco is annoying. Is it Cogeco or CBC. Constantly breaking up. The remote address by Ford right now is terrible. Can hardly understand 3 words in a row. Even from the main feed today during news it was breaking up.

  @theRyanHook @startca Since start uses cogeco lines in our area , I checked their Twitter mentions and Cogeco having outages too so it may be a physical issue with Cogeco infrastructure and nothing start (others like TekSavvy reporting outages) can do until Cogeco fixes
