    @spillymilly @cogeco I’ve heard that from soooo many people. I’ve ever really had an issue with them myself. Lol Getting disconnected twice and not getting a callback is rather annoying though. I mean, they ask me my number when i call in. Their online chat guy i had was horrendous though.

    @cogeco came to my door saying the neighbourhoods been complaining about Internet lately (not me) I let him in to fix it and now my internet is garbage because he said he didn’t wanna be here all night. Great job and customer service. Seriously maybe it’s time for bell

    @cogeco after 63 min I finally talked to a person! I was told to call back bc they cant fill out a form to escalate and cant fix it at tech. So once I call back "it will only take 2 bus days to fix". Worse service ever!

    @cogeco a wk and half ago i got a call...my acct had been "elevated" & caller assured me she could/would fix my service. 20 min later called me back "i can't fix it...i will elevate further"...now we have no service! #StillOnHold 61 min now

    I have been on hold w @cogeco for 52 min still no live person. I have spent 8 hrs on hold with #cogeco in the past month and half...still issues but somehow they have no difficulties in billing...got a $250 bill, which is waaaay higher than its supposed to be.

    @cogecohelps French NHL package channel 495 no audio for tonight's game...had the same issue Monday night for the whole first period. Come on Cogeco!

    There's currently no sound on 495 in Oakville. Same issue as Monday, and the sound came back by the 2nd period. Hoping it can be resolved in time for the game this time. All other channels have sound. #Cogeco

    @r_macfarland @startca Rogers (or cogeco) own the lines in your area. Start just pays a fee to borrow those lines to give you discounted internet. It’s Rogers’ issue here, not start. Teksavvy is having the same issue right now.

    @Colleen10663814 @startca Rogers is denying that it’s province wide... because they like to lie to their customers. Start and teksavvy rely on cogeco and Rogers networks so if they are down, they we are down too

    Much thanks to @cogeco for replacing my vintage modem today; still I don't think I should have had to go almost a week with no internet or home phone before the service was performed. But at least I missed a ton of telemarketers in that time...

    @cogecohelps What @cogeco actually 'gives me' (30 Mbps) is 5x less than what I am PAYING FOR (150 Mbps) ... I need you 2b able to get my data via DM, & make Cogeco Tech Support fix the issue remotely (yes they can) ... otherwise asking me to wait for 30 min on phone line is useless

    @cogeco @cogecobusiness, twice today your tech staff have told me they can't support the "Technicolor DPC3848VM DOCSIS 3.0 Gateway" your rep plugged in this morning. Haven't been treated this poorly or seen a router this archaic since 2003. Some business solution.
