@cogeco they sent me pods which I pay for to extend my wifi. The fine print is that they will monitor my internet and adjust the bandwidth accordingly. I want the 1 terabyte I pay for not 55 mb download I’m constantly get messages from my smart home internet down now restored.

@cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.
