@DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. I hate to talk negative about Cogeco services @cogecohelps. But internet is supposed to be up to 1GB but I am only getting around 100GB download and 6GB upload today when doing a speed test on a wired connection. What's the solution?

@cogecohelps Thanks, Graham. How do you determine whether an outage was caused by Cogeco or Rogers? What I do know is that we are a Cogeco customer and we lost power for more than 12 hours.

@cogeco For anyone considering switching over to Coegco for tv/internet services, don’t. I’ve been a customer for a month now and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service and technical issues.
