Cogeco cut off service at Christmas because I had nowhere to pay my bill that wouldn't cost me money. Closed local office. No arrear

    Those in @CityPtbo crapping on @cogeco for extended outage should be directing their anger towards company contracted out by @bell to update their Fibe network. Apparently it was their team that damaged the line. The Cogeco guys are the ones doing best to fix mess @Ptbo_Canada

    Reports of @cogeco services down in west end of @Ptbo_Canada after fiber line severed. Be interesting to see of this was "accidentally" severed by the company contracted out by @Bell to upgrade their fiber service as they are working area this happened.

    @cogeco Talking to your customer retention people made me immediately to go the @bellcanada website and see what competitive services they have and so you guys can fix these problems or @bellcanada will be getting a new customer shortly and you will lose one with 3 services.

    @cogeco I'd like someone there to refund the money taken from my account by your billing problems. At bare minimum, taking money from customers like this is poor form and only returning 3 months of mistakes when the mistakes exist since 2018 is I think simply, evil.

    @cogeco No, we can conduct this discussion on a public forum. Although I pay the bill, the account is in someone else's name, so there's bugger all I can do. I have contacted the account holder to cancel all services unless "Dominique" would care to drop the price & cancel May increase.

    @cogeco I don't call in to get hung up on or have reps transfer me to wait queues 20+ minutes long when I'm halfway into a sentence. You advertise $90 for one of your services on your website and on the phone you say it's $100 then hang up on me when I read the website back. Terrible.

    @cogeco Guaranteed I am dumping this service as soon as I get home if your people are this lousy and your prices this high and you are going to lie about price increases as being beneficial to customers.
