@cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

@ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Lol ahh the ol’ burner account! People blaming Cogeco like it’s their fault someone put a shovel in the ground without marking first is nonsense. We did a ton of landscaping and digging recently on our property, I couldn’t imagine being the reason the whole county is down now.

After a year of being with cogeco, every night at 9:30-10 pm my wifi would cut out and stop working, for 3 years straight. Now it's constant wifi issues, or being down, or TV services are failing 3/3
