Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

@cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

@cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

@cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

@KeeganB63977789 @cogeco It's more of the fact that everyone is being over charged for outdated service and shotty connection all the time. I upgraded to 1gig and it's been nothing but shite since. Wish I could go back to my 160mb plan. I regularly only get 40mbps. This doesn't help.

@cogeco Any idea as to how long its going to take to get back up again? My wife has tonwork from home and if this issue isn't resolved shortly shes going to have to head into the office. A risk we'd prefer not to take during the pandemic if unnecessary.
