    Online Cogeco app has always been terrible. Half the channels can’t be streamed on my phone or computer, lots of events can only be streamed while I am on my own wifi which defeats the purpose.....2/

    Hey @TekSavvyBuzz it's shady that when I change internet plans, you charge for the new service on day I subscribe, not the day the new internet its connected (2 weeks ltr). Intentional overbilling & leaving it to customers to correct you isn't a good practice. Moving to @cogeco
