Calculate 12 dollars to thousands if not more people and they will fix their terrible customer communication. We still havent been told what happened

Michael (@Cryptics13) reported@Outnumbered5_1 @cogeco These things happen, and can happen to literally any isp. This is the first major outage in years. At least to my knowledge. No one will refund you for a few hours of outage, unless you want to call and complain.

Robert Glover (@RobertwGlover) reported@cogeco I check everything possible resorting to calling as a last resort cause another thing is ya blame the customers hardware without knowing what they actually have - no more customer support anywhere anymore companies r only worried about the almighty dollar such a shame

Timi (@Timi_TV_) reported@NikCHussle @cogeco All the more reason to voice your displeasure, my neighbour has tech savvy and he was never out. They use cogeco lines so that means it was a DNS problem. If you change your router settings you'll get internet again. Plenty of people have done this to fix the problem.
