@brockmclaughlin The biggest "issue" is that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines they use, so if there is an outage (or in my case last year, the 'box' was too congested which meant slowers speed around 8:30-9:00 PM with heavy load), they need to wait on Cogeco (in Chatham) to do the maintence, etc.

Please be advised that due to a fibre cut at Cogeco, several of their customers are experiencing outages. Holy Cross and a large area of the city of Peterborough are affected by the outage and are currently without internet access.

See I dont believe cogeco when they ******* say they don't throttle. I dont download any games for 3 months and I have no internet issues, THE DAY after I download apex my internet cuts out not once but twice. Literally just admit it you cucks.

@cogecohelps It is showing the same issue in a browser on a phone and on two other devices. My guess is an issue between crave and Cogeco’s APIs that aren’t working properly.

@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.

@cogecohelps Brittany in customer service gave me a hand and manually fixed the name and password to my modem; Heads up that this appears to be a building-wide issue as none of the cogeco connections on my list follow the usual apt# naming convention anymore. Worthwhile checking into.
