✨ Juddly ✨ (@SlinkyVagabond) reported@cogecohelps LOL! No, they can't. I just got off the phone with support. They simply disabled the WIFI on my current modem, which is absolutely unacceptable. Also, when I tried to escalate I was told that was not an option. This is horrendous customer service, typical of Cogeco.

Cogeco have not shared the money with us, nor upgraded their service. My internet drops every 15 minutes @CRTCeng HELP!!
