@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

@cogeco @Niagara_411 Easy fix is to change DNS settings to googles server of 8.8.8.8. Problem solved, uncheck “obtain DNS server automatically”

@cogecohelps Cogeco TV works but internet is down in Stevensville (Fort Erie) as of 10am Jan 5th. So much for working from home and online schooling today. Cant blame cogeco. We all broke the internet. Lol
