@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

@durbdurbster how did you fix it? I have the same code. Cogeco isn’t not very helpful. 1-2 days to call back with fix?.

While I appreciate the text message from @cogeco informing me that my internet is down, this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. People work from home & rely on stable internet. Not happy.

@blockchainArch @cogeco Brutal. But @cogeco won’t admit there’s an outage when you check on their outage page. According to them there are no reported outages.

@theRyanHook @startca Yup back up for me too. When I saw complaints from Teksavy customers too in the same areas I figured at that point it’s Cogeco issue since smaller ISP use Cogeco copper/fiber.
