  • littlemack90 Adam Mack (@littlemack90) reported

Hey @cogeco. Thanks for up selling me on a new product, giving me an appointment time and then saying I wasn’t home when I clearly was. Then when I call back you are unable to book me a new appointment, and no manager around to hear my complaint. Great service. Guess it’s Bell

  • B2Bspecialist Chris Herbert (@B2Bspecialist) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps 2/ It would be interesting/helpful to see if other @cogeco customers in #Halton are getting the service levels they are paying for. I've been a loyal customer for years but concerned right now. Maybe they can share their speed test results and use this hashtag: #cogecospeedtest

  • HanekGoat Hanek (@HanekGoat) reported

@ElowEdits @baynham_connor @NoSleevesGaming @Lyonsx63 That’s same with us. We had Bell and it had problems. If cogeco has the same it’s whatever at least better speeds

  • JessicaMcGuire Jessica McGuire (@JessicaMcGuire) reported

@cogeco not sure how you can just disconnect someones cable and internet because the people you sent can’t do their job. Then think it’s perfectly acceptable. This is why people cancel

  • baynham_connor connor (@baynham_connor) reported

@HanekGoat @NoSleevesGaming @ElowEdits @Lyonsx63 Bell is ten times expensive for shit internet. Cogeco is the way to go unless you want fibre optic
