Valerie Davies (@vdavies65) reported@cogecohelps I find it annoying to find my pin etc so can't you just check if others are having CBC break up like we are? We are in Kingston East. A yr ago Cogeco replaced the line to our house to solve the issue. Surely t can't be that again so you or CBC? I will wait till tomorrow.

Social worker (@liberatingfem) reported@elkenergyinc Power came on this morning on Patrick Cres however it has gone off for a few seconds twice this afternoon. Wifi and cable are still off due to hydro ( according to Cogeco). It’s frightening how vulnerable you are with no hydro and your cell phone is not working correctly

LisaLittleBear (@LisaLittleBear1) reported@cogeco I understand that the weather caused a huge problem, but not getting an appointment for five days to run a new cable line is ridiculous! It’s not like we are asking for new service to be installed, but we do need a working phone!

Stevo (@puulima) reported@elkenergyinc Apparently they came back. Closed the breaker at the pole, and left. Still no phone call/knock at the door. Talked to the Cogeco guy sitting across the street. They also had no power/low voltage overnight. So assuming this issue affected all the houses on the transformer?

Gloria (@Browfilla) reported@fullmoonfarm1 @cogeco Until your one year special expires and then they’re double. Happened to me, I said I can cancel and go elsewhere, they said “sure go ahead”, so I did. Will never return to Bell, they suck.

Stevo (@puulima) reported@elkenergyinc They talked with the Cogeco guy. I headed down to catch them and they left. Calling in yet again to determine if it safe to re-energize my panel. NOT ONE PERSON KNOWS ANYTHING. “We’ll pass a message along and somebody will call you”. Couldn’t finish the call, my phone died.
