September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
