@cogeco No, I haven’t. The tv is out too. Not sure that rebooting the modem will help but I’ll try.

@cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

You then suggested I call tech support, who told me they can’t help me because I don’t have a cogeco account, and suggested I contact the cogeco customers and have them contact cogeco. Hilarious, because they whole problem is that I CAN’T CONTACT THEM, it bounces back as spam

@cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

@City_tv how can a person log into your streaming service if Cogeco is their cable provider? CRTC decides which cable company gets what part of the country so the options you list are not available to me.

@cogecohelps please help! You've been chasing me since 2018. Supposedly, I owe you $91.81. Problem is you are claiming a service provided at an address I moved from 6 months before the date on the bill. I talked to Cogeco reps more than 15 times in 2 years. 4164587178 Felix
