@cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.

Tuesday morning we missed my cousins funeral that was livestreamed due outage! Now I am missing the funeral of 2 family friends being livestreamed at 10:30 am this morning! This is very distressing to me and my family. This is upsetting! #cogeco #cogecoouttage

@Cogeco seems to be going down in Ontario again. I've seen reports of it down from GTA to Windsor at least. Second time this week. Schools and home workers overloading them maybe?
