    @cogeco any idea of when today's issues will be sorted? Like many I rely on a reliable internet connection to be able to work. This is the second time this week this had happened to me and it is preventing me from doing my job.

    @cogecohelps hi Cogeco. Our TiVo has 3 blinking lights abs will not turn on. I have tried to call technical services but the call keeps getting disconnected on your end before we can even speak to someone. Can you help me.

    @cogeco No, I haven’t. The tv is out too. Not sure that rebooting the modem will help but I’ll try.

    @cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

    Hey, @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet has gone down and a router reboot did not solve it. Tried calling support and it’s busy. What gives? Perhaps a tweet to update users affected?

    If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

    @cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you. Just to be clear - my understanding is that I can use this for any period less than 10 years (let's say for 2 years) and then I can cancel my subscription after 2 yrs without any penalties or fees. Is this correct?

    @chris murphy the weather channel, why don`t the techs fix the weather channel. we see your picture given the weather stats, but no figures of the hights & lows etc. kindly check it channel 2 on the cable cogeco everyone in this area is the same.

    @cbcmarketplace Please DM about @cogeco selling cheap technology for the price of champing. There was class action lawsuit against COGECO, consumers WON. Cogeco have not shared the money with us, nor upgraded their service. My internet drops every 15 minutes @CRTCeng HELP!!

    @sajjadfs @cogeco From my father - The Cogeco truck you saw the day you were leaving; unfortunately unplugged our house to fix the noise level of other connections on the street. He should have advised us as per their protocol but did not do it.

    @startca I don't mind once in awhile but this is constant. I get error 44- whatever every day. And then down for hrs other times. Its bad enough that cogeco goes down everytime power goes out now you can't keep channels up. I just went through 30 hrs without the TV
