  If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

  These @cogeco people don't give up. Even if your walking away from them at the mall they will still yell their pitch at you. If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

  @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

  @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
