    My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

    From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario.     @CDInewsletter Really appreciate the thoughtful reply and coming from you, it carries weight. I ran both Quebecor and Cogeco through the algorithm just now. And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures. I should probably add some version of this. Thanks again 🇨🇦

    @cogeco There way to many of it going around I was with TD Bank got fraud so many times block people and all fr company that I did know or no account with the company TD have stand behide company not the person with TD you would think they would stand with us but no they never did

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Do you think people have no jobs, that your accounting dept closes at 5PM ? How is some one who has to work during the day, supposed to get help ? How am I supposed to pay my Mobile bill or setup payment, when your online portal doesn't have this option ?

    @Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson. And when I choose that option, I hear: Thank you for calling Cogeco. Good bye!.click. Unacceptable and rude

    @mmabrey1 Should've answered the phone, @Rogers . This is a bad look ! Glad I switched years ago, their customer service was always bad. For those in here saying "switch to Bell", respectfully, no. Get cogeco if you can. Bell are the biggest crooks in the game.
