My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@cogeco unbelievable today they accidentally cut off my service and it is now 11:15 PM and no one is able to restore it. I’ve called all day and spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved let’s see if they were reimbursed me for my lost wages and my time

Brah, @cogeco is 💩💩💩💩 . Fix the internet connection!!!! You Raise the price how many times a year and you say your updating the equipment, your updating services. There shouldn’t be any interruptions in services. Make sure your plugged in! 💩

@DanielleGraham My complaint is no way near as terrible as the way Mrs. Graham was treated but still another way bell has proved they are one of the worst companies in Canada. We canceled our bell non service and went with Cogeco only to have bell call Cogeco and cancel our hook up with them!!!
