@Rogers I still don't have service from your sister company, @Fidomobile. The only reason you guys made a statement is that we complained. Otherwise, you would have kept quiet about it. 24 hours and counting without phone service is unacceptable.

Today is the first day I can register for my covid vaccine BUT their system needs to verify my phone number through a text message. So I lost money yesterday due to this outage, now I'm delayed in vaccination

Since Fido has gone down and back up I have noticed that the UI of my phone has changed (android) all my alarms have reset to standard sound and my ringtone has changed?? These are just a few little things I've noticed....
