@Fidomobile You told us we were to receive a discount for the outage, however, my bill doesn’t reflect any discount at all! What’s going on?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got my bill today. I was shocked that my bill is $1026 dollar. I have confirmed with your support on multiple occasions that I am not gonna be charged for the phone. You have charged me $ 690+89.70 for the phone. What a great a service?

@djenish1108 @Fidomobile Don't worry, there's a higher chance of resolving this issue; I highly urge you to connect with dark_702nx on Instagram who successfully fixed mine when I had similar troubles a few days ago;

These days, most cos are following the tactics of providing sluggardly #CustomerService when the customer is choosing to opt out; thinking that this will retain their customers. Sadly, it's working to an extent! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile Signed up for a deal with your winback team for $30/MTH. Got my first bill and it's $104!!! Now I remembered why I left in the first place and regret signing up again with fido. Your customer support is non-existent and reps are sleezy liars #fido #fidomobile

Please be advised dont use @Fidomobile as your mobile service provider. They fool you quite nicely and then charge you 500 dollars extra for no reason, then you decide to quit with fido and then they would call you back after 1 month giving you great deals to come back to them

If you are thinking of switching to @Fidomobile consider this. I switched from Bell yesterday. I cant’t send or receive texts. I spent 90 minutes on chat and they said I’d have to wait 24 to 72 hours for tech support to get back to me. In my opinion Fido is not a good phone co.

@Fidomobile, Could you please DM me? I need some help with an account that I did not set up, and you are charging me for services that I am not and am not planning to use.
