@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know whether I should say that it's working again. It is, but a phone service that only works for part of the day is not ideal. I highly recommend that people avoid Fido. Is Fido affiliated with Rogers? @Rogers ... Yep owned by Rogers. Will avoid them too then.

@Fidomobile I am being charged for full service despite my account being put on Voluntary suspension. This Haas happened for every month. I need to get rid of this connection it has become a nightmare. I am currently overseas and DONT have my phone on roaming

Hey @Fidomobile why would I get a roaming package for 2 weeks for $60 - get stuck in 🇬🇩 due to the @AirCanada strike and y'all not help I could have paid $70 for 30 days. I should have been home today. Why can't I get some type of credit. Make it make sense

Don’t use @Fidomobile !! I’ve been trying to complete a transfer of responsibility for the past 3 days in person and over the phone and am being told something different every time, with customer service reps constantly giving conflicting info. Might as well cancel at this point

@Fidomobile I think that your service is terrible. I am paying a premium and I cannot even make a call or receive a call right now. You allegedly have no reported outages. I have tried in multiple ways to contact your company, but it is impossible, and I do not say that lightly.
