I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...

I have never seen customer service support team as uncomppassionate and rude as @Fidomobile you guys keep customers on the phone for over an hour and still the situation doesn't get resolved. Do better @Fidomobile!!! The least you can do for your customers is to be helpful.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team (Samantha). Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService
