    @kuda_hove @Fidomobile Fido truly has some of the worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever experienced. Had to switch to Telus and so far the customer service has been pretty amazing *knock on wood*

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Internet is down and your support number says โ€œour office is exceptionally closedโ€. Is technical support not available at all?

    @OpenMediaOrg @Rogers @Fidomobile and not give up their "grandfathered" plan. They misrepresented it as a heartless telco not caring about the customer. And when the media called about they offered the standard right-sizing offer.

    @Fidomobile problem to choose another phone - it is not our problem that we deceived you and other customers by providing false information on our website. When i spoke to the supervisor, he simply said that we dont have it stock and you have to choose another phone. Just need to know why

    Hey @Fidomobile your customer service has always been fantastic, but the path to speak to an agent on the phone has become extremely tedious, especially when I already know what I need help with & that I canโ€™t fix it myself online. I donโ€™t need a text with deals. I need a person.

    @Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

    @Fidomobile Warning to customers. The link doesn't work. After hours waiting on hold on the phone I'm told it's only available for new customers. There is never anything for existing customers and this is false advertising. Losing loyal customers Fido.
