It was hard time to fix my plan to get their offer.. almost I spent 1 week.. everyday I need to contact Fido. Finally one of upper management lady contact me and fixed. Told I can change my modem at a Rogers location only to be told that they don't have any modems to swap and I have to call support. @Fidomobile and @Rogers need to get their acts together. @RogersHelps

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile When will service be restored, still down since yesterday morning. Got an email saying that it was repaired this morning but it's not. Spoke with tech support 3 times which hasn't helped.
