    @jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

    @Fidomobile using roaming in US. Calls do not go through to US or Can. Tried in Texas FL and NC. Did all on help. So frustrating

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions glad after waiting 20 minutes for a call back - rather waiting in chat, the agent disconnects the convo without saying anything. Great pivot support wise. Went from being able to contact a person on the phone to chat centres and bots. Terrible

    @Fidomobile I am paying a month balance on a phone that doesn't work properly, and one that I do not have in my possession. I have a repair agreement with a repair number and contract and no one can locate my phone.

    @Fidomobile @theresacb I do not recommend fido to anyone. They are big scam.. when they try to bring me back they offer good deal and when I use it. They charge me and tell me that it was not in my package and the person who offer me did not write it down. So bullshit. Will sure look for other company

    @Fidomobile Has some of the worst customer service ever- 1st I said it wasn't coincidence that my data stopped working as soon as the power outage happened. Then after swapping devices and proving its not any phones its their network- they still wanted me to call tech support...

    @Fidomobile Home internet service has been down since 5 am at my area in Mississauga. They told me it would be back by 12 pm. Apparently not the case. I’m changing my service provider. I’ve had enough.

    Today's @Fidomobile data outage I experienced is giving me flashbacks to the Canada-wide outage- again left without connectivity & Fido was not at my side- this time during a power outage!

    @Fidomobile worst customer service. Agents come on live chat and don’t even response. This is unacceptable.
