@Fidomobile I am having issues my Fido account. New to Fido spoke with customer service reference I1658226440 Jass kaur . My email is linked to two phone numbers one is mine other is not. Customer service doesn’t know how to fix don’t know who do I reach ?

So @Fidomobile is offering great Black Fri deals to increase their customer base but won’t open those great deals to their existing customers…phone lines busy..chat queues closed..the in store employees have been directed not to entertain the existing customers..wow!

The most awful customer support award goes to @Fidomobile 5 days no answer from customer support calls. Nobody calls back. Literally hours of waiting on a call for someone. Now my calls are dropped automatically. Amazing … All I need is to manually transfer phone number …

@Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?
