Many call me they found my phone is close, I spoke with customer service and they responded that there is pressure on the network!!! yesterday I lost a day of overtime because my manager called me and found my phone switched off

The representative forgot to activate the modem and they told me to come back to the store to replace the modem. I had to go back to the store and they gave us a new modem
