@Fidomobile You told us we were to receive a discount for the outage, however, my bill doesn’t reflect any discount at all! What’s going on?

  • richard_beck
Richard Beck (@richard_beck) reported from Longueuil, Quebec

@jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

@reneritchie Come over to the bright side that is Fido - never had that happen to me

@Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

@Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!

@1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

@zeeinmilton @Fidomobile Bro, this is why I left them. I was a customer for over 20 years

@Fidomobile Terrible customer service. Why do I always think, 'this time it will be better'...

  • Sabisweet_s

@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this

@Fidomobile any support available if the call drops?
