@jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

@Fidomobile ron, the keyword in my tweet is "emergency" you guys need to treat your customers better. it's not holiday season, and there's no national crisis. it shouldn't take 48hrs to speak to customer service at a telecoms provider. what should people in limbo do in the intervening time?

@Fidomobile I arranged a stupid callback from customer service for 3.30pm today and no one called.. useless clowns..

@Fidomobile All that was done- 2 calls to your customer service dept. I was told that this was unfortunate, but I would still have to pay. Will definitely be looking to switch providers. Very poor customer service.

@Fidomobile so if a client calls Cust service& is told he can’t be helped after being charged for roaming incorrectly. I reach out on X because he has no social media, and am told he can be helped if he posts on social media?! Seriously?

Iran is at war and the internet is down. Millions are cut off from the world — from their families, from safety. @Fidomobile, please remove roaming charges to Iran. Let us stay connected. Let us hear their voices.

@Fidomobile Beyond frustrated trying to connect with a customer service rep. The automated service is designed to not have the customer be able to speak to a human.

@Fidomobile Hey. I wanted ask you guys to make international calling to Iran available on Fido and @Rogers network for free, Iranians are trying to call their loved ones back home in this horrific situation and something like this can help to put their mind at ease a bit.
