@Fidomobile Through my Fido account ordered a phone which I picked up from the retail shop, after a week due to performance issues wanted to return the same so called the customer care and was given a purolator return label.
I advised @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions on December 3, 2021 that they weren't authorized to help themselves to my credit card, yet on December 16, 2021 they charged more than $700. Still no resolution for the frauds reported since October 2021. #fraud #disabilityrights #bullies

@Fidomobile for some reason my online account has been suspended I am trying to pay my bill yet now have to wait 3hrs+ in the customer service line. Horrendous customer service indeed!
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Excited to activate our account. But been stood up twice by Fido techs who never called my number nor rang our bell. One guy waved us away from his van before driving off! 4 hrs so far waiting for Godot. Maybe next time they'll show up, call, AND work!

@Fidomobile internet is going ON and OFF for 8 hours now. Does it take a full day to fix a technical issue !
@Fidomobile FIDO SUCKS! You have zero care for your customers. I have been a customer for 25 years, since the beginning, and for $100 questionable charge, they refused to discuss a credit. I am on hold for 45 MINUTES and will be repeating this post for the entire time.
