@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile trying to reach customer support from past 3 days via call/chat n even walk-in to multiple stores. Looks like no one is bothered about existing customers. Time to move on to different provider.

So @Fidomobile is offering great Black Fri deals to increase their customer base but won’t open those great deals to their existing customers…phone lines busy..chat queues closed..the in store employees have been directed not to entertain the existing customers..wow!

Hearing about @koodo’s Black Friday deal ($50/month for 50GB data + unlimited talk/text AND a free iPhone 11?!?!) I’d be a fool not to switch phone providers! Especially after the joke of a credit @Fidomobile offered their customers after their 2nd outage in under a yr. #Koodo

@Fidomobile I was put on hold for 2 hours, when the rep finally answered my phone, she upgraded my plan without my consent then when i questioned her why changing it to a worst plan she hanged up on me! WTF? FIDO seriously?
