I still do not have access to my account. I cant connect with anyone successfully about this or even cancel my account, as my account is locked.

13) I've even asked the agent as an exception if he can put those charges under "Int'l Long Distance Saver" OR Add one more "$5 1000min Int'l LD Add-on" then I can pay for the addons and for whatever the difference is afterwards, but he couldn't help me.@koodo @Fidomobile
