    My husband just wasted 2.5+hrs on the phone w/ @Fidomobile-we were trying to get my plan matched w/ his (and were given a ref# for it to do just that). But we were met w/ rudeness, resistance and POOR service from reps. Fido, is this how you treat your customers?? Disappointing.

    thanks @Fidomobile for giving us wrong information so that we had no internet for a week, finally sending us a new modem because ours was broken, then charging us $250 cancellation fee! super great service 👌

    Also @Fidomobile instead of creating moats around your customer support with unhelpful "smart support," inoperative live chat, no publicized phone #'s on your support site, and multiple "are you sure???" prompts on your helpline, you actually um HELP?

    @Fidomobile Manager of FIDO Store@ Bramalea City Centre does not know basics of business ethics. Instead of giving me solution asked me to get help from call center and return me back empty hand. Another Fido store resolved my query in 5 minutes. Poor Manager
