    Worst customer experience at Fido mobile. I bought a phone plan with phone and phone was having issues so i asked them to replace it, but they refused to do it and simply asked me to return the device and their plan. So I returned it just after using one day. 1/3 @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile : Is it a kind of fake offer to get attention of the user? I had to finally pay $25 to add additional data to my plan to continue Data usage. This is absolute frustrating and not expected from Fido for such as me as a devoted customer.

    When i complaint them online and they said we can’t do anything about it. Pathetic service. Moreover they said you can use our sim for 14 days. But it isn’t working too. I switched from rogers to fido and now i end up having nothing. 3/3 @Fidomobile

    Bad Service. @Fidomobile I have been with them for more than a year. They billed me 144$ this month(after referring to my friend) and gave me under service(they say it's an app glitch). support takes a min of 1 hour of my time. I am not sure if I should stick to you guys anymore.

    @Fidomobile probably has the WORST customer care support in the industry. If I wasn't locked in at such a good rate, I'd switch providers. If you're looking for a provider, try the majors. They're not that much more expensive.
