Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam

Susan Foster (@fostersusan261) reported@Fidomobile you should get some real people on the help line. Not your stupid AI bot. It's not helpful, and I need my problem fixed now, not in three days time when your 'specialist' can finally call me back. Also your app needs some help.

Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile I called close to opening time at 9 am, when @RogersHelps agents are available, so there was no hold time. The last #CSR and supervisor, with whom I spoke, were both extremely helpful. She resolved one major issue. The supervisor even called me back, when I accidentally hung up, whilst switching to my Bluetooth headset. Here are my challenges: 1. I needed to escalate to her manager, when what I needed accomplished, was out of her scope. Your policy, does not permit that level of management to interface directly within users. 2. I am not a fan of self service options, for customer support issues. Additionally, my reasonable adjustment request requires a managers override. If it wasn’t available option in your system, the supervisor with whom I spoke, would have made the changes. 3. Your company’s policies placed me in this situation, in the first place. If you renewed the notes for the two interaction numbers that I provided, and all of my interactions with your CSR‘s during the past two months, you were able to confirm this.
