    @Fidomobile I am close to phone rage at this time. How hard can it be to get human assistance and cancel my contract with you? This is precisely why I’m done with #Fido - the ridiculously expensive service too.

    @Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

    @Fidomobile FIDO MOBILE ALERT!! Fido has switched 100% AI assistants. Mine cannot understand or help me. A human can call me back next week!!! My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY! ALERT ALERT ALERT FIDO NO LONGER HAS HUMANS AVAILABLE FOR INCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS Today is THURSDAY and a human can call next week!!!!!
