    @jahlovestyle @Fidomobile Fido has been having an issue keeping its word lately. My wife waited 5 weeks to find out the phone wasn't available. I would call them and cancel. Find another carrier.

    So my wife just had a horrible experience with @Fidomobile. She ordered a phone advertised on their site. 5 weeks go by and no phone arrives. Calls to inquire on where her phone is and they tell her that they are out of stock and it's not available anymore.

    Another day with useless @Fidomobile, no one entertained my request for over 4 hours, I could not call, stores were closed. Enough of trouble and lack of customer focus, Going away from fido now

    @Fidomobile I switched my number to fido over 2hrs back but it is not working. tried everything I could but nothing seems to work. I can't even call fido customer care, I am getting number not registered error. wasted over 2hrs on a weekend. Please provide urgent support. Thanks
