Mahmoud "Moody" Shabeeb (@ItisMoody) reported from Toronto, OntarioTalking to @Fidomobile is always a pain. First, their callback service never works (they end up leaving a voicemail message instead of calling me, which is useless!) Then I was on the line with one of the agents after waiting for a while. Before sorting out my issue I lost her!

Nadine Yousif (@nadineyousif_) reported from Toronto, OntarioFor anyone that’s trying to get a hold of me by phone today: there appears to be some outage issues at @Fidomobile and my phone is affected as a result. Email is the best way to connect.
-
a cuppa tee (@acuppatee) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just got a notification that I have used 100% of my monthly 10GB but that is impossible because my plan restarts every 27th of the month. Can’t help but feel like this is a ploy to get me to upgrade to 30GB for more money 😒

Samiksha Rane (@samikshasrane) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile, I had requested to suspend my number from 28 February or the next billing cycle. Why is it suspended immediately. Wasn’t informed about this. I’m unable to connect with your customer service. This is causing inconvenience. Kindly help.
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, OntarioTraffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.
-
Ashutosh Nayak (@nayakashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile 5) How can you expect me to pay CA$180 for something that’s actually worth CA$5? Pathetic service! Please update the charges as soon as possible or I will have no option other than filing a consumer complaint.

-
Nicole (@GreencitygalTO) reported@Fidomobile @RogersHelps Team I need some help! Transfered my mom's existing number from Rogers to Fido, but we are getting billed by both! Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?

Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.
-
Smitty’s Stake House (@SmittyStakez) reported@Fidomobile What’s the point of customer service if you can’t even talk to anyone but bots??
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)
