hot potato (@_parab0la) reported from Toronto, OntarioOk so Rogers was tryna funnel customers from chatr to Fido/other sister companies because they were moving a lot of the chatr ppl from 3G to LTE and wanted consumers to pay more for the same service. Gotcha.

KJ 💙⚾️ (@aintyourcuppa) reported from Toronto, OntarioSpoke to three customer representatives of @Fidomobile and they all told me three different things. For someone who's been patient for over 5 years, I believe I had enough. Don't even try asking me to send you a DM. Check your @FidoSolutions DM and go over it yourselves.
-
Shannon Roszell (@shannon_roszell) reported from Vaughan, OntarioVery disappointed by customer service from @Fidomobile Charged $85 in roaming charges when I had my roaming turned off. I think it’s time for a new provider. #fido #fidomobility #disappointed #poorcustomerservice

Sofia Heaux (@HeauxSofia) reported from Toronto, OntarioHow do you get horrible service from a provider when you don't even turn on the products 🤔 just go to @Fidomobile Do NOT ! I repeat do not sign up with @Fidomobile
-
Mahmoud "Moody" Shabeeb (@ItisMoody) reported from Toronto, OntarioTalking to @Fidomobile is always a pain. First, their callback service never works (they end up leaving a voicemail message instead of calling me, which is useless!) Then I was on the line with one of the agents after waiting for a while. Before sorting out my issue I lost her!
-
Mich Chung (@MichelleMoniq10) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile is the worst phone company in Canada! Horrible with loyal customers! What are some good phone companies out there?!

John Kane 💻😃🌳 (@johndkaner) reported from Toronto, OntarioKind of like telling my dog: "sit", *wait until dog does or doesn't sit*, "speak", *wait until dog barks*, "roll over", *wait, then maybe try again*, "roll over". Give Fido a treat.
-
Amirreza Mohammadi (@AmirR3zaM) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile What about the current customer? Can I get this deal?
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bp256r1 @FlyingTrilobite @c_9 @convertdcyclist They’ll only change once there’s a new Police Chief. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish. They care about their safety, not of others.

Sarah Antonio (@SarahPSmart) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile hi! I’ve been hearing about Fido customers receiving an extra 5GB a month for the loss of service ? Can you please confirm this ? I checked my app and haven’t gotten it yet… thanks !

anon (@anon26747971223) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?

Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.
-
Vince Ltd. (@Vince_Ltd) reported@Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

-
Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.
-
Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
-
💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reported@Fidomobile sucks ! If you're with Fido consider switching service providers. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !
