Very disappointed by customer service from @Fidomobile Charged $85 in roaming charges when I had my roaming turned off. I think it’s time for a new provider. #fido #fidomobility #disappointed #poorcustomerservice

@Fidomobile worst service and client service people. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I’m feeling frustrated, annoyed and shall never recommend Fido. It seems they sell contact info to others as I started getting spam calls and casino messages after moving to Fido.

@Fidomobile the worst customer service that I have ever experienced now! They used to be great, now they have stolen over $300 of my money, say they've given it back, and I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. Do better!
