Very disappointed by customer service from @Fidomobile Charged $85 in roaming charges when I had my roaming turned off. I think it’s time for a new provider. #fido #fidomobility #disappointed #poorcustomerservice

Saw my bill today and realised how they charge extra for mobile plans. Extremely Unprofessional Staff and False Promises by @Fidomobile. Stealing people’s money by issuing fraudulent offers to customers. Worst customer service reps!! People be aware of such activities.
