Goli 🦸🏻♀️ (@golrokhbahri) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Fidomobile customer service is the worst. I'm so disappointed. Waited 60mins on the line, no one answered. Neither the live chat😡
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@StephenPunwasi @normsworld I’ve been predicting this for years and unfortunately it’s coming true. TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. It’s known in police circles as FIDO: “**** It Drive Off”.
-
JP (@JarylleAdriane) reported from Toronto, OntarioBeen a @Fidomobile user for 5 years but today I encountered the worst CSR ever. His or her nam is Kathy.
-
StevieB (@stevetogm) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Personally, I think this outage is in retaliation for the latest #crtc ruling. It shouldn't take almost 16 hours to fix these outages. I see a lot of compensation to customers for this outage today. Totally unacceptable!

Your website especially the “Fido trades” area of your website is crap and your “Customer Support Specialists” don’t know their butts from a hole in the ground! This is no way to treat long time loyal customers!

Romi Joshi (@LooseRomi) reported from Toronto, OntarioI had Fido customer support chat and Rogers customer support chat open on my computer last night for 5 hours. Felt like I was on MSN. Gonna miss Snehdeep and David.

Derrel (@SDerrel) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FidoSolutions You’re solution is to send me to @Brightstar. Shame on @Fidomobile for working with this company.
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bp256r1 @FlyingTrilobite @c_9 @convertdcyclist They’ll only change once there’s a new Police Chief. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish. They care about their safety, not of others.

Before sorting out my issue I lost her!

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile I understand you can’t give me specific shipping details over Twitter, and I’m not asking you to. What I am asking is whether the 1–2 day shipping timeframe that was advertised when I placed my order is still being honoured, or whether my order has actually been moved to back order. I placed the order specifically because the advertised shipping time changed from 4+ weeks to 1–2 days. Now my order says “BACK ORDERED” and “Shipping estimate: Unavailable.” If the 1–2 day timeframe I was promised at the time of purchase is being honoured, then there’s no issue. But if I’ve actually been put on back order with no shipping timeframe, I need to cancel the order. I’m simply not going to start paying for a phone I don’t have. That doesn’t make sense in any universe, and it’s not happening. My current phone works perfectly well and has plenty of storage. If this order means waiting weeks for an upgrade I only decided to buy because the advertised shipping time dropped to 1–2 days, I’ll just skip the upgrade this cycle altogether. So please just confirm whether the shipping timeframe advertised when I placed the order is still being honoured. If it is, great. If not, I’ll cancel. As I stated, I'm not going to pay off the current phone I am still using to then start paying down a phone I don't have and don't know when I'll have in my possession. I really do not appreciate the bait and switch. I watched that phone for weeks and jumped on it when the shipping time dropped to 1-2 days. In the email I received from you, it said I should expect my phone in 2-5 days, which fits with the 1-2 day shipping time. If you're unavailable to meet that for your customers, WHY was it posted online?
