    Very disappointed by customer service from @Fidomobile Charged $85 in roaming charges when I had my roaming turned off. I think it’s time for a new provider. #fido #fidomobility #disappointed #poorcustomerservice

    Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

    @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    @Fidomobile you offer these data packages but nothing works. If you can't manage the 5G service don't advertise it because it sucks! And why are you a subsidiary of Rogers and use their network supposedly but the service connection is still trash ? Is this Rogers sabotaging us ?

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

    @Rogers I ordered s26 ultra 512 GB and sending me 26 basic with ultra price 😲 @Fidomobile @Rogers and they said we can't not cancel . you can just go to store and send back us why loose my time 😭

    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I need to change a basic talk & text plan due to leaving Canada for a long time, but I couldn't find any downgrade plan on mobile plan pages. No complaint email provided, asked Jack bot nothing changed. Please help, otherwise suspend your line 😡

    I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a phone company as I am having with @Fidomobile THE ABSOLUTE WORSTTT COMPANY !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST EVERYTHING
