Jeel Jivani (@jivani_zeel) reported@Fidomobile went back to India and there were incoming messages for code verifications that I wasn’t aware that I would get charged. Fido charged me $45. I did confirm with customer service agent when I signed my contract. The Cx agent is not helping at all. $45 is outrageous.

Dorminhoco insone (@cochilador) reported@Fidomobile thank you for charging me 24 dollars for US roaming when I was in Edmundston-NB (never crossing the US border) and for saying that you can't give my money back because "it was automatic" and the customer service agent can't do anything about it. Nice going! 👌🏻
