What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. It’s known in police circles as FIDO: “**** It Drive Off”.
