TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish.
