@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers
