@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile They been promoting fake deals and getting back their customers but when it comes to delivery their promises they just keep ignoring you and keep on giving you dates after dates. Worst customer service I regret coming back to fido.

@Fidomobile How do I file a complaint? I was offered a phone upgrade on Sunday and told I would be called back. Now get calls from Fido multiple times a day and as soon as I answer I’m hung up on. When I call in I’m told nothing is on file about a phone upgrade. Change providers?

.@Fidomobile I’ve had another roaming issue where roaming automatically activated even though cellular data was turned off and I didn’t call/text anyone. Now I’m 100% certain this occurred previously. It was at the same location. Should I DM to get this resolved?
