-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.
-
John Nicholson (@JohnBNicholson) reported from Oshawa, Ontario@freedomsupport Hello, How are you doing today. I am having problems with Asian spoof calls. My phone # was original with fido. I block these numbers when they call. Is there anything else i can do.
-
iFLyS🅾️lO (@ohrigeeta) reported from Ajax, Ontario@freedomsupport Yup...won't get another one now! Bad move like I said!
-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.
-
Black Dynamite (@Benayamovic) reported from Oshawa, Ontario@FreedomMobile you guys are worst than @MTNNG
-

iFLyS🅾️lO (@ohrigeeta) reported from Ajax, OntarioToday I had a very distasteful experience with @freedomsupport and been with them for over 2, paid tab off in full to restart another 2 and yet am an undervalued customer. Will pay off again and look elsewhere as soon as I can! #CustomerExperience

Craig Dax 🇨🇦 (@CraigDax25) reported@freedomsupport Hahaha that’s all you can say? 😒 I don’t have Wi-Fi at work. How about offering better service so I don’t have to keep my LTE antenna off all the time or so I don’t lose signal when I’m at the mouth of the Etobicoke creek, which is in Toronto in case you didn’t know.
-
Mana Scott (@ItsManaBitch) reported@freedomsupport Yesterday the service agent told me you don’t have options to help clients anymore until after service has been suspended. I’m guessing it just a money grab for the company from people who during the pandemic have fallen on hard times? This feels really wrong and shady to me.
