Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

(@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.

Also, treating others the way you expect to be treated goes a long way. Spreading misinformation because you couldn't get it working, shame

Laddie (@plutoorbust) reported@Kyuss_Jones @freedomsupport I was with them. Their network is difficult if you leave the area. But from the sake of hassle, issues, and costumer service they were better than any provider I’ve ever been with. Once they get their network large enough I would go with them again.

Also, @cakesinspector @FreedomMobile treat others the way you expect to be treated, or expect to be ignored or hung-up on. Nobody will want to deal with such rubbish.
