@FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

@hootchandcootch @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile falsely charged me $500 on my credit card and account and suspended my line after I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.

@freedomsupport Hey there! I spoke to 2 customer service representatives tonight about this. The first one told me ot must have been a fraud and 2nd that the offer finished 1 day before I did the transaction! They offered partial compensation for the $30 tab. This is bad faith action.

@FreedomMobile If anyone wants good service use Rogers or Bell because if you lose your phone or it breaks or literally anything you have to pay for it and there’s nothing you can do. Freedom mobile doesn’t work with the police so that @Apple IMEI numbers can be tracked
