Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.
