  @TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Correct. Freedom is cheap, but there's a reason. I'm in waterloo and work at telus if you need a hookup. Boxing week starting soon so not a bad time to be in the market

  @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

  @FreedomMobile Can someone give me a call to refund my money as freedom never provided the services to me properly? I have been told that you port the number to the other company, so we can't refund? 5 months, 5+ tickets with your team, no issue resolved.

  Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?
