Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

@FreedomMobile Thanks God, not a customer of the FM anymore. Switched over to Public Mobile with better reception service. Thus, my ph battery lasts longer. Furthermore, mobile phones are significantly overpriced than the rest of the market players. Also it has become part of the ROBELUS.

@FreedomMobile why is it you make it impossible to activate a new SIM card online and customer support on the phone is unable to help? I have been given 4 different links so far, only 1 of which allowed me to try and all it does is say something went wrong. Useless service.
