@freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

@freedomsupport over charge my account then give me the run around with terrible customer service! Keep my $27 over charge!! Cancelled my account because of useless customer service!

@freedomsupport My bill has doubled. I was told it would be an additional $15 month for the upgrade. I should have known. I could handle the awful coverage when my bill was cheaper, but now it's $140 for a GARBAGE service.

every time I try to pay my internet bill, the @FreedomMobile website fails "Once logged in MyAccount select the ‘Home Internet' tab" ...that tab doesn't appear. And with a "new redesigned MyAccount", who even knows what's broken
