@freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

@FreedomMobile I have been waiting for 7 weeks for my ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max. Almost 2 months! Deposit was made on Nov. 22 and still no phone. I can get one from Apple directly by Wednesday. How do we fix this?

I just woke up one morning with my service disconnected. And not knowing why. Countless hours of confusion, stress, and frustration and not even apology or admission of error on their part. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for my trouble. @freedommobile

@FreedomMobile My phone calls become disconnected at around 2 hours. It happened to me yesterday night while I was on hold for an important issue. B/c of covid, I've reduced my plan & pay 15c/min over 100 mins. Can you help resolve these two issues?

@FreedomMobile Tried to pre order since I am up for renewal but even if you get 65 plan with 35 tabs they still want over 1000 upfront t. Sound ridiculous might have to look into new provider after 8 years of being a wind/freedom customer.

@stephlackey @freedomsupport They may have their issues but they're the only mobile provider that has a reasonable option to tether at a data cap that is workable for someone where folks like Bell don't offer any internet service.
