@freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

@freedomsupport you guys mistakenly billed me for over $100 in roaming data fees when I had a roaming data package and got refunded. I'm still being billed roaming data charges when I have a package. I'm in the USA and bought 1gb of data that I've not used up Wtf?

@freedomsupport I just updated my Google Pixel 5a and now I am getting a "No sim card" error. The network settings say "Freedom (temporarily unavailable)" Please help!
