@freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

@MinionMania18 @FreedomMobile I got rid of iPhone when I found out that Apple was updating the software to purposely slow the device down to mandate that you step out and spend another $1,000 to replace the phone I don't need someone telling me when it's time to replace my phone and purposely slowing it down

@FreedomMobile put me on a $90 promo plan that went up to $135/mth after promo ended. In order to reduce my plan they told me I need to pay $240 on my tab. Customer service is horrible, coverage sucks, and let’s not get started on the solution provided.

@FreedomMobile Why is it that I can pre order an iPhone 13 as a new customer on a $60 plan and $35 tab, but when I log in as an existing customer I’m forced to a minimum $80 plan with $35 tab?? This seems pretty hostile towards existing customers.
