@FreedomMobile How is it possible that I'm barely getting two bars (and zero lte) in K2G? And often it will show "roaming only, no service"? It's literally the centre of the city? Puzzling.

  • stockharold Harold (@stockharold) reported

@FreedomMobile Please do not purchase an iPhone 14 with Freedom, what is the point of having such an advanced phone on an ancient network that runs 3G most of the time

  • TheDupes TheDupes (@TheDupes) reported

@FreedomMobile I was late paying my bill by 7 hours, my deepest regrets, but did you have to shut down my outgoing service? #virginmobile

  • bjdk bjdk (@bjdk) reported

@GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile If you use self service, Rogers waves the setup fee

@freedomsupport i would like to know why im getting so many spam calls from 1855 area code.... im in Ontario and a loyal customer for many years

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile All carriers do that. Just read the fine print. If you purchase the device outright from the manufacturer (or another carrier - you don't even need to be customer, just mention you WANT to buy it regardless as I did), then no such fees exist.

  • AdamOculporate Oculporate (@AdamOculporate) reported

@freedomsupport You are paying a fee to cancel service yes.

  • ashleydawwnn Odd doll (@ashleydawwnn) reported

@FreedomMobile why your company so garbage?

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus 💜 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

@freedomsupport I need to cancel. I'm not getting the service I pay for. I can't even make a phone call on the road without it dropping. It's just not a service you buy if you need a phone.

  • kirru2001 Kiran Chinta (@kirru2001) reported

@freedomsupport unable to connect to any network on international roaming. While in indoors Wi-Fi calling works good
