After being a loyal, paying customer at @FreedomMobile for 22 years I'm forced to change carriers. The poor customer service I've received today showed no loyalty. Who is the best? Bell, Fido or Telus? I'm actually unhappy with Freedom for the first time. #freedommoblie #freedom

  • HalsyBear
Haleigh Ní Mhacháin (@HalsyBear) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Hi, I sent a direct message about my service not being renewed this month even though my auto pay top up was complete - can you please check your messages 😀

  • MetroManTO
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

@freedomsupport That's funny. You literally in a private message said you could not help me and that you had no knowledge about the orders....

  • whelanmj
Mike Whelan (@whelanmj) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

  • EricaEhm
Erica Ehm (@EricaEhm) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

@FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile during these Covid hardship times you have falsely charged my credit card by more than $250+ and my freedom account by $250+ and have not returned my money even after 60 days. Apparently your credit card system is not working

  • WayneRodriguez
Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

@VicD31 @FreedomMobile unfortunately muscles are not going to help with this situation but possibly a great lawyer.

@freedomsupport Okay, but so help me god if it’s the same “we’re working on fulfilling pre-orders” response I’ve been getting for weeks...

  • chimozy_charles
Jaded (@chimozy_charles) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

  • VirveAljas
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

  • donschacter

  • GwapogiTalaga

@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

  • whelanmj
Mike Whelan (@whelanmj) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport You're apologizing that I feel this way, but not for making me feel this way! I've sent almost a dozen DM's, but continued to get the runaround! Paying for a service that I can't use!

@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
