Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

I get the same answer from them everytime that I try to talk to an agent. Rogers is saying that Freedom is denying their request to port the number.FREEDOM NOT WORTH IT!!!!

@freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.
